The unique type of nut used on the 25mm spindle tube requires a special socket. This is an improved socket over what is currently available in the karting world. The addition of a pilot gives this tool a very secure feel. Birel offers 3 spindle tubes, and this tool will fit all three sizes. The pilot is removable on the current design of this tool.

DIAL INDICATOR FIXTURE
This fixture gives the engine builder a quick way to document the camshaft lobe lift and the valve lift with increased accuracy over the current tooling offered.
The construction of the fixture, specifically the fixed dial indicator upright, is key to the repeatability and accuracy giving the engine builder the utmost in confidence in the measurement.
Strong magnets hold the doweled upright in place for quick indexing. Measure the cam lobe lift, then with the rocker arm in place, flip the upright around and measure the valve lift with the other dial indicator. No adjustments neccessary.
LO206 racers use this tool to check the cam lift during maintenance to ensure the cam lobe lift does not change.
This tool is perfect for built Animal engines when degreeing the camshaft. Or measure the lift at the valve to ensure the rocker arm is consistent.
The fixed design and it's repeatability would also be an asset to a tech official to quickly ensure the lift is within tolerance.

This stand will either bolt directly to the bottom of the engine, or can be used with the Motor mount in place. Will adapt to 90 or 92mm spacing (other spacing is avail). Is also ideal for doing top end work and can be fastened to the benchtop.

11" KART TIRE WALL RACK PLATES
You can mount these on trailer walls or in the shop, but these kart tire racks offer flexibility in a few areas over the current racks on the market.
Designed to be used with 1" OD round tubing, one of the very unique features is that you can move the tubes so that the rack will hold either 11" OD tires, or 5" Rims.
This kit can be purchased without tubes... leaving the final installed length up to the end user. The design uses end plates, and one center support for installations up to 20 feet in length. Additional center supports are avail for longer installations.
If you do want tubes also, due to shipping restrictions, we can accomodate 9' tube max length. Local pick ups can be any custom length. PICS COMING SOON!
